Hi I have a query on IP FRR , Based on RFC 5286 for link protection if my topology is such that we are meeting the inequality 1 but not inequality 2 , then will the destination considered as backup path ?? Are both inequality 1 & inequality 2 are mandatory to meet the link protection or either of one is required. Please help.
