In that case, ask them to provide documentation that backs their claim.

(And ask them why no other platform or release exhibits this...)

This is what really drives me nuts... bugs can happen, sometimes really
stupid things that *should not* happen if stuff had been properly tested,
but still - and then TAC trying to argue the point, and claims like this.
