If you have enough linecards to draw more than whatever the actual total available power is from a 4000 watt power supply, you will not be able to
run in redundant mode.  The switch will likely complain loudly about this.

I know it doesn't help you right now, but 6000 watt power supplies are available pretty cheaply on the secondary market.
