As the TME for MediaSense, I am obligated to tell you to take a look at Cisco MediaSense. MediaSense provides audio recording via the phone's built-in bridge or CUBE media-forking (which can be dial-peer controlled or CUCM controlled as of 10.0). We are also offering video call recording in our 10.5 release using CUBE dial-peer forking.
We have a fairly extensive set of APIs available as well which allows our partner applications to integrate with MediaSense to provide additional or supplemental functionality. Also, maybe one of the most attractive parts of MediaSense is that it is licensed on a concurrent port basis whereas most other recording products are licensed on a per user basis which can be more costly.
