I checked my Registry setting and it's a 1 despite having UAC set to never, and RTMT works for me.
[image: Inline image 1] [image: Inline image 2] MS help says that a setting of Never means that "you effectively turn off UAC." And then they say that "if you're signed in with a standard user account, any changes that require administrator permissions will automatically be denied." So, perhaps I did not disable UAC completely, but because I am the local Administrator (no domain here), everything is allowed by default. Whereas for you, it was denied by default, with your domain account, and completely disabling UAC in the registry, is what reverted your Windows system to a time before UAC even existed. Seems like turning UAC to Never for non-local admin accounts is the worst setting, because you get no indication that something is failing/denied. Keeping it at a higher setting will at least alert you to the fact that you need admin rights to continue.
