Cisco TAC told my colleague that it’s configured correctly. They are still
troubleshooting apparently.

Will let you guys know if they get it sorted.

Owner User-ID set correctly on the CSF? Primary Extension set? If they are on
9 or higher, is their service profile set correctly? Have you tried deleting
and rebuilding the CSF?

Hi all,

A colleague of mine has setup Jabber / CUCM, with IM&P etc.

Jabber can sign in ok and deskphone control etc is all fine. We can’t however
switch to soft-phone mode.
Jabber reports the following error: CJ:109:3

The CSF device is created and is a controlled device on the end user.

Do you have any advice on what to look for in the PRT to see where the problem
might be? I’ve checked everything I can think of and the CSF / and user
settings are all ok.

Cheers
Dana
