keep the options wide open for customizations and moving to CE software would

Does anyone recall seeing a Cisco Live (or other) Demo last year of a DX series 
third party UI that can overlay the Cisco UI, and lock down 100% of the 
features?  If so, what was it?  Or do you know of something exactly like this, 
that maybe wasn't demo'd?
