Dear all, We have been asked to look into the possibility of changing the amount of time the system takes to dial an off hook call, after the final digit is dialled on the phone (we have timed this and it is currently around 8 seconds)
Obviously this is a system wide parameter, but can someone please confirm to me which exactly? Thanks in advance.
