Can you paste a screenshot of your CUC 01 and 02 Tomcat certs? I agree with you that a cert issue would prevent Jabber from connecting to VoiceMail. Also, do you have your UC Service in CUCM for CUC defined as FQDN with HTTPS? Screenshot?
