It all depends on how it was ordered. When the BOM is created, the reseller has an option to decide where the PVDM goes. I’d say they built the BOM incorrectly.

Has anyone dealt with the PVDM's being put on the Motherboard and it's supposed to be on the card?

 

I got a new 4431 and the 256 was put on the motherboard and the 32 was put on the 4 PRI port card.  TAC is advising to switch the location of the two PVDM cards.

 

Does this sound correct?
