I've seen several answers about this posted so I feel confident in saying
this: You can mix and match CCNP tests, but if you take any CCNP 1.0 tests,
you will be CCNP 1.0 and not 2.0. 1.0 will have to re-certify before 2.0,
but I have not seen any info on when exactly Cisco will require this.
