Can someone help clear this up? I think I have a "routing loop" on my
network because of something with the setup: DMZ is 192.168.1.0, Inside
network is 11.9.3.0, and the firewall translates for public
208.200.50.0/128(not my ip). I can goto the DMZ and ping outside world but
not the firewalls' first outside interface is - 208.200.50.2. From my
inside network I can't ping that number either - 208.200.50.2 If I use
another gateway to outside and then ping public 208.200.50.2 it works. The
firewall has static and conduit commands to allow DMZ to outside network
(but not to inside network). The firewall is setup for failover (two
Pix520's) and the second outside number is 208.200.50.3 - I can ping that
number from DMZ or inside (and outside). I can't get to my webserver and I
think it's because of that interface. Why can't I ping the first firewall
interface?
