I use Websense (http://www.websense.com) for URL filtering, works great!
You can run reports on people and see what sites they are visiting etc..
Tell the PIX you want to filter all http traffic (filter url http 0.0.0.0
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 ) and then tell the PIX to forward HTTP requests to
a server you specify (url-server (inside) host 123.123.123.123 timeout 5)
for screening.

 If your interested in logging traffic through the pix, you may want to
check out http://www.4privatei.com  It's a syslog analyzer for Cisco PIX and
routers.   Pretty handy util..
