Jason,
My advice would be to sit the new BCRAN exam. It does not impact the
validity of your CCNP qualification (as you will still become a CCNP 1.0).
I believe that VPDN and L2F/L2TP have been removed from the material
(compared to the CMTD) - potentially making the exam easier.
