Well,

One piece of advice I will give is don't go with an 700 or 800 series isdn
router if you want to be able to eventually upgrade it to handle a T1...
Also make sure whatever you order as far as router goes that for the ISDN it
has a U interface...  S/T interfaces need an external NT1 device and U has
it built in.   Right now as far as price goes look at a 1750 but make sure
you get it with the proper interfaces to be upgradable later on to support
your T1...   If your really looking for scalability go with the 2500(2503)
but this one has an S/T interface  or 2600(2610) which has 2 wan slots that
you can select the BRI U interface to start with and then when you upgrade
to T1 you can just purchase the integrated T1 dsu/csu...  you can also do
that with the 1750...   for price the 1750 is the way to go, for scalability
and performance the 2610...

whereby, he can connect three remote sites with Voice and Data
he intends to use 128 KB lines initially but may upgrade
to T1 speeds as it becomes more affordable..

Can you recommend any Solutions , Cisco Hardware , Cost in $US
(I am from the Caribbean) advice, configuration guidelines and the like
