1. Type all of your available static IP addresses on to little slips of 
paper.
2. Tape these slips of paper all over a dart board.
3. Put on a blindfold.
4. Throw a dart at the board.
5. Repeat this process until you hit one of the slips of paper. That is the 
address you should use for your loopback interface.
