You Need to Install the 56K V90 Upgrade.
You can download This on the Cisco Web Site Free.
http://www.cisco.com/public/sw-center/sw-access.shtml
Place the Download File eg. mica-modem-pw.2.6.2.0.bin
in your Flash.
When the Router Boots it will look in the Flash for a Later Version
the Modem Firmware.
