I talked to a cisco tech today. Looks like I can't do it. It seems that the GRE protocol is in Layer 3 which won't work when doing NAT (well PAT because I'm doing NAT overload). So I would have to have an external IP address for every machine that I want to PPTP VPN out to my other machine so that the router could do true NAT.
