If you are talking about using the ISDN as a backup interface then the
following are the commands you need..
On the Serial interface that will be backed by the ISDN interface enter the
following...
backup interface BRI0
backup delay 10 10 (comes up after 10 seconds of down time, goes down after
the serial comes back up for 10 seconds)
