A Certification Issue/Question

Can anyone say what will it mean for me if I have the FRS 1.0 and do not get the CIT before the July 31st deadline?  Does it mean that I will have to do over everything?  Please say!     Also is there anyone out there in groupstudy land that used the questions from Networkstudyguides.com for CIT, and if so were they helpful in preparation for the exam?  Please say!   I would appreciate some feedback from anyone who cares to jump in.  Thanks guys ................Peace!       Ray
