4.3 < 4.5. There's your problem.
Download a newer version of the code from CCO's software center (you do have
SmartNet, right?); make it available on your TFTP server, and then install
it on the switch using the Download command ('Download' is documented at
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/cat5000/rel_4_3/cmdref/d
_cmd.htm#22633 )
That should fix it.
