Hi all,

I am setting up a 128k ISDN internet connection for my client using a Cisco
802. We use a local phone company for the ISDN line and another company as
the ISP. The unusual setup (at lease for me) is the ISDN line has 6 end
points, with 6 SPIDs, and 6 LDN. One the configuration form, the TERM TYPE
NODE is BASIC VOICE (A).

I couldn't get the connection up so I called the ISDN carrier and have them
tested the line. They did some remote loopback tests to the NT1 and swore
the line is good, and told me to use two out of the 6 SPIDs.

Below are the results for SHOW ISDN STATUS and DEBUG ISDN EVENTS. I am still
learning how to troubleshoot ISDN, I suspect it has something to do with the
SPIDs, and I think it is a fault with the Telco switch configuration. But I
am not sure what is the exact cause for the problem, anyone has any ideas?

The startup-config is also identical to the standard configuration from
Cisco web site:

p.htm

TIA,
Ken.
