The ip address is a host address or host route. The subnet mask of
255.255.255.255 means that all bits of the ip address are significant. You
can create a static route to a specific computer.

ip unnumbered is used on serial links to conserve ip addresses. The
interface does not have an assigned ip address. It references the ip address
of another interface on the router.
