how to config ISDN - ISDN

Hi all,   I have two ISDN router (804 & 1604).  I try to learn how to config ISDN.  Is there possible to make ISDN cross-over cable and let each other dial into(ie. dial-on-demand).  If yes, please show me how to make cross-over and configure it.   Thanks
