THE WAY WE ARE USING SEC IP'S ARE AS DEFAULT GATEWAYS FOR DIFFERENT SUBNETS
THAT ARE SITTING ON ONE VLAN. THIS WAY THE SUBNETS ARE ABLE TO DO LAYER 3
ROUTING ON THE ROUTER.
