I'm making my first attempt at hooking a modem up to a router (1005 w/async) and not having any luck. Looking at some debug outputs it looks like the modem doesn't recognize DTR from the router. I'm wondering if I have the correct cable. What I have is a Serial RS232 DCE cable. Does it need to be a DTE, or is there a different cable used for asynch connections? Thanks.
