Sorry for the wrong info, I was calculating quickly :(
>1) Network IP : 172.32.0.0
> Valid IP : 172.32.0.1 to 172.47.255.254
> Broadcast : 172.47.255.255
> Subnet : 255.240.0.0
>
>2) 2102 means boot from flash first, 0101 means boot to ROM
