Hi Robert,
I know a Siemens device (called a ULAF) which will convert G.703 to either
X.21 or V.35
It is not managable (as far as I know)ad I also not sure if it is DC
powered.

Does anyone know of any "box" that will convert between g.703 and X.21. The
only snag being that it has got to be DC powered and if at all possible
manageable.
