If you studied 1.0 material, then go for 1.0.  But otherwise I would go
for 2.0.  I would argue that someone who studied 2.0 CCNA is probably
better prepared for 2.0 CCNP......there are obviously newer things on 2.0
CCNA that they go into more detail with on 2.0 CCNP and weren't even on
1.0 CCNA.
