I have Cisco 7206 running IOS 12.0(7)T, and Fast Ethernet modules in Slot 1 & 2. While I work for it, there is a message in a console: Fastethernet 2/0 cable/connector problem? or Fastethernet 1/0 cable/connector problem? This message appear when Fastethernet INterface configured as Half-duplex and no cable (RJ45) connected at FE port and no shut condition. But this only for 1 interface (in slot 1 or slot 2) which configured as half-duplex first. Does anybody knows this problem? Please explain!!!
