Hello,
Apparantly you're doing this on a 2500 when you're saying Read only. It
happens to be that a 2500 runs it's IOS partially from Flash, So if you're
booted from flash you'll see read-only, if you're booted from Rom-monitor
mode : config-register 0x2101 or 0x2100 you'll see read-write. Great if you
want to upgrade the damm thing.
