Sometime ago, I asked for books on CVoice etc. and I want to thank everyone
for their response
to my need.
I passed the CVoice 1.0 first time around. I am very lucky here at NCR. I
had the opportunity of
attending our own internal comprehensive 8-day Voice class. Needless to
say, I still had to study the
material just like all the other Cisco tests.
The Boson CVoice test was helpful tool in that it provided focus on every
aspect of the material. This is not
a short cut to passing the test. You really have to know the material and
apply what you have learned.
