Howdy all, as per the subject line, myself, Phill Jolliffe , Jim koniecke and a couple of other ciscoheads are going to build a ccie lab. There are 5 of us so far and we are looking for another 25 to 30 people to help subsidise the cost of equip. It will be connected to the net and access will be via telnet. This lab will include everything if we can get the required number people interested, a 2511, a couple of cat 2900s for isl and vlans, fr switch, fiber, isdn, the worx. Initial buy in will be $500-$700 ( less than the cost of one router) if we can get 30 people to commit. Access by members will be unlimited except by scheduling issues. NB this is a total non profit venture, we are not looking to make any money at this point in time, just to get certified.
