Any HP OpenView issues would be more appropriate on the OpenView forum at www.ovforum.org. If you're an NNM user you really should be on that list, especially if you're running a brand new version of NNM (6.4) on the world's worst network management platform (anything running Windows) :-) There are so many potential problems here that you really should seek advice on a forum dedicated to that topic.
