I have to vent about this test. Today I failed for the third time and I am not ashamed to admin this. I scored a 690 and you need a 699 to pass. The thing about this test is there is no real study materials, the class does nothing to help you prepare. Has anyone had the same experience? I have experience with Callmanage 3.0,3.1 and 3.2.
