Multiple origin AS (MOAS).  Basically happens when a single prefix is
announced via two distinct ASes
(origin-AS, not transit-AS - so the last ASN in the BGP path attribute).
You're talking about "show ip bgp
inconsistent-as", correct?

It appears that it also lists BGP paths with incomplete origin codes.  I
don't know why it would do this, since
I believe the command should output MOAS conditions only.  The NANOG
presentation below covers
MOAS in-depth.
