If you have a cisco.com logging take a look at the Software Advisor..

Click on Technical Support, Software Center, and under Software Utilities
you will see Software Advisor.

A new window will pop up.. Click on the "Software Support for Hardware" Tab.
Enter your 2600 for your Product Family, just select a Minimum Release of at
least 12.0(5)T, and click on Submit.

Now select everything that is in your Cisco 2620, and click on Display
Intersection. This will give you the minimum release that

will support everything in your 2620. This tool was very useful when we
started using IMA cards.

The Minimum Supported Software Release for only a Cisco 2620 and NM-4T1-IMA
is:

12.0(7)T, 12.0(7)XK, 12.1(1), 12.1(1)T, 12.1(5)YB, 12.1(5)YD, 12.2(1),
12.2(2)T, 12.2(2)XT, 12.3(1)
