Hi, I took 643-801 recently and there are minor additions - like IPV6, RIPv2, NAT and such like things. I also took 640-603 (BSCN) in September last year.
I would say: take 640-901 - unless you want to save some $75.00 for taking the Beta. Reason: you will know immediately the result and move on, rather than waiting 8 to 12 weeks for the Beta result.
