Spencer, I asked our ANS rep and the Cisco NetPro group the same question back in March. There were two things that I could have done.
You should be able to ask Cisco for the bin file. Check with your account rep to see if they can get the file for you. If not there is a backout plan authored by TAC in the following link. http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/471/vpn3k_revert_img.html Either way good luck. You should not have any difficulties. Upgrading is a very straight forward procedure. In the end I did not need either of the above. The upgrade went smoothly.
