Yes, the main problem is that I'm booting into boot mode, which is why I want to copy an image into bootflash. As you probably know, the boot image is required in bootflash in order to boot to the main image. Just so you can see the whole process, I deleted the boot image from bootflash and started from scratch. As you can see, the boot image copies with no problem from sup-slot0 into bootflash. However, as soon as I try to copy the main image, it times out. I think I'll try formatting the flash card next and copy the images back onto it. Still no word from my TAC engineer.
