I am a CCNP with the CCDA completed all under the 1.0 track.  After reviewing the archives I am a still a bit confused.  The CID 3.0 (640-025) test did not retire.
When I look at my test track it shows my CCDP 1.0 "in progress" only lacking the CID 3.0 test.
When I look at http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/10/wwtraining/certprog/testing/exam_list.htm it would indicate there is no CCDP 1.0 track (since all tests have been retired).
When I look at http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/10/wwtraining/certprog/lan/programs/ccdp.html it would indicate that I can't except the following paragraph from the same page would indicate that I can finish a CCDP 1.0:

"What if I'm in the process of achieving my CCDP certification?
If you have completed part of your recommended training and #640-4XX and 640-025 exams for CCDP certification, you should complete any remaining exams with the #640-5XX and 640-025 CCDP exams. Please note the recommended training for the #640-5XX exams are different, so candidates who took the original curriculum may require some additional self-study or may choose to take the new recommended training courses. All recommended training will be available as instructor-led and e-learning courses"

Would it be safe to assume that by passing CID 3.0 I would become CCDP 1.0???????
