hi, just wondering about this question, while are running in a ethernet enviroment, we usually try to do capacity planning when the overall average utilization exceed 70% of the available bandwidth, how about when we are doing capacity planning in a Wan enviroment, I realised that data transfer should be bursting , what should the threshold be for average utilization before we considered busy, anybody who could shed some light
