Dunno about you, but everywhere in Europe there is less demand, so not everyone has the money for labs, gear and the exam.

I am the second last CCIE , just cleared it 2 days ago and my number is 12026 and my mate had also cleared his lab and his number is 12027 , I am just going to submit my posting soon on this message board as well .
