You are wrong. Why would Bill and the lady who runs the CCIE lab testing
include a whole chapter in the CCIE power session if it was excluded? Here
are the topics that were discussed:

Catalyst Multi-layer Switching
DLSWoE
QOS
IP Routing Concepts
OSPF
BGP
ISIS
Multicast
ATM
Security
ISDN

If anything IS-IS can be thought of as a sub-set of CLNS. Other topics that
fall under CLNS include:

ISO IGRP Dynamic Routing
CLNS Static Routing
IP over a CLNS Tunnel
TARP
Etc.

Just because IS-IS uses a CLNS NSAP address doesn't mean you don't have to
know it.

What you are saying would be like if Cisco said there wasn't going to be any
Token Ring in a switching class, and you assumed that you didn't have to
learn VTP, because VTP v2 includes support for Token Ring...

If you look at excluded topics you will find "ISO CLNS"

and you can make search for this key word ... ISIS ... will be the out

Please get it conformed and you can email to cisco, correct me if I am
