In the detailed Message header look for values :

IP address of the mail server from which u received the mail:
Received: from hotmail.com ([65.54.247.163] RDNS failed) by
mail2000.gtl.co.in with Microsoft SMTPSVC(5.0.2195.6713);
  Mon, 4 Aug 2003 12:51:03 +0530

Ip address  of the PC from which the mail was composed and sent to the mail
server.
X-Originating-IP:
