Hi Natachaya, Answer to your question: Roll-Over.
If you want to connect from a Cisco 2511 Terminal Server to another Cisco device on the console port then you need a Roll-Over cable, 9 times out of ten. A Roll-Over cable is what is sais, it rolls the cable completely over so that if the blue wire started on pin 1 on one side it is now on pin 8 on the other side.
