You have to upgrade the 2500's to 16MB Memory and 16MB Flash to put 12.2 IOS on them. However, to do this you need to make sure the Boot ROM version in each router is at least 10.2(8a). Do a "show version" on the router to see what version the Boot ROM is. You can buy memory and flash on many of the auction sites. There are also many Cisco retailers that sell memory and flash and are part of this group. They may be contacting you!
