Er, yes you can. Two people have already replied on how. Use a WILDCARD mask of 0.0.0.254. Simple, easy, effective. I'd hate to have to type in 128 permit statements. Probably end up writing a Perl one-liner, but the easier way is to use the proper WILDCARD mask.
