I'm having some problems understanding what this means and how to remedy it. I have a Cisco 2514 IOS v12.0(4) connected via a T1 to aCisco 4500 IOS V 12.0(4). When I blast a UDP stream (384K) from a PC attached to the 4500 down to a PC attached to the 2514, no problem. However, as I increase the size, packet drops mount. Show Interface on the serial interface of the 4500 shows: Output queue: 0/1000/64/137930 (size/max total/threshold/drops) Did some tests on the T1 line itself and it appears to be clean. I changed the Hold-Queue value (up to 3000 from the default 1000) but problem remains. Thanks in advance for your insights. ___________________________________ UPDATED Posting Guidelines: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/guide.html FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
