Pin # 1 Orange/white
Pin # 2 Orange
Pin # 3 Green/White
Pin # 4 Blue
Pin # 5 Blue/White
Pin # 6 Green
Pin # 7 Brown/White
Pin # 8 Brown

Crossover Cable :  Pin #1 to Pin # 3
                   Pin #2 to Pin # 6
                   Pin #3 to Pin # 1
                   Pin # 6 to Pin # 2
Used to connect to: Hub to Switch, hub to hub, router to router, pc to pc no
hub and switch to switch

Rollover cable : Pin 1 to Pin 8
                 Pin 2 to Pin 7
                 Pin 3 to Pin 6
                 etc. etc. etc.
Used by Cisco to configure router by console.
